Shine On for PPA 295

I'm squeaking this card into the Pals Paper Arts Challenge at the last minute!  The challenge this week was to create a card using these three colors:

I had been thinking I'd like to use this Shine On Specialty Paper, and the colors in it were exactly what I needed.  I used Botanical Builders Thinlits Dies and layered them on top of a piece of Gold 5/8" Ribbon.  These bright colors make me smile!
