Jumping Back to Coffee Cafe

I put this set away about a month ago, and kind of forgot about it! I realized that I will be giving coffee cards out for holiday gifts and thought I'd pull it back out again. Oh my gosh, I love this set! These gift card holders are so easy to make, and with the coordinating stamp sets, papers, and framelits dies, you can make a huge batch of them and none would look like the other! I do like that!

So - this time I pulled out the Copper Embossing Powder and paired it up with Early Espresso and Crumb Cake. Just looking at this combination makes me want to go out and get a mocha! Yum!

It's a simple gift card holder, just like ones I've made before. See my former posts with directions HERE and also HERE. This time I wrapped it with Burlap Ribbon which serves as a belly band, secured the two ends of the ribbon together in the front with 1" of Tear & Tape.

Then I glued the finished coffee cup to the belly band ribbon with more Tear & Tape. It holds really well on that rough burlap.

You can see my well-used Gold Card acting as staging in the holder! I stamped the sentiment from Coffee Cafe onto the Crumb Cake cup with Versamark, sprinkled it with Copper Embossing Powder, and heat set it. The cup top is part of the Coffee Break DSP and the bow is made from our amazing Copper Trim. Love it!

I MAY have gotten my color inspiration from these Dove Mocha Latte Swirl chocolates! I'll be sharing some gift ideas using these a bit later --

That's it for today. Thanks for checking in. I usually try to get these out earlier in the day, but then "Life Happens..." (you know the rest of the saying :-) )

Go get some coffee cards and make some cute holders. Need the materials? Everything is listed below and linked to my store (hint hint!). I would love to serve as your Demonstrator. Let me know if I can help!
