Wicked Folds for Pals' October Blog Hop

Welcome to the Pals October 2017 Blog Hop featuring some very “Wicked Folds”. Thank you so much for joining us today. Sit back and enjoy the view while the Stampin’ Pretty Pals treat you with their wickedly folded projects. Whether you’re just starting the hop, or have come from a previous Pal’s blog, you’ll find the line-up toward the end of my post to help you move along.

At first glance, this might look like a regular A2-sized card, but when you open it.....

....the fun begins! I believe this fold is called the Dutch Door fold. I did zero stamping on the outside. Rather, I let the fun Spooky Night DSP do the work. I cut one 3" x 3" square out of the moon and tree piece of DSP, layered it on Very Vanilla. On the back of this square I adhered another piece of DSP that is seen on the inside. I glued this at the bottom and attached it to the "door" of the base card.

On the inside, I attached a piece of Very Vanilla on the lower right side, made a pocket for $$ on the left side and stamped it with some stamps from a past Paper Pumpkin kit. The BOO! is heat embossed with Clear Embossing Powder.

Those crazy fun pumpkins were simply cropped from the Spooky Night DSP using Patterned Pumpkins Thinlits.

The Halloween treat holder has candy inside - it's the perfect size for Starburst. I cut a few vines from Lemon Lime Twist using the same framelits, and tied it together with our new Black 3/8" Shimmer Ribbon. If you would like the directions for the treat holders, sign up for my Newsletter and let me know that you want the October edition. I'll send it right out to you!

Thank you so much for hopping with the Stampin’ Pretty Pals today. Please take a minute to mark your calendar for our next hop on November 8, 2017. Now hop along using the Blog Hop Line-up below. Don’t forget to leave us a comment.
